Right at the foot of the Citadel, the Rifai Mosque was built between 1869 and 1912. It is famous for those who are buried here. The mosque is the final resting place for both King Farouk and the Shah of Iran, both who were deposed and driven out of there countries. Both mausoleums are awe inspiring. A definite must-see.
